1. How can I qualify for asylee status in the United States?

Your asylum case will be forwarded to the Immigration Court for review. Your will have another chance to present your asylum case in front of the Immigration Judge.
9. Can I file for a green card after the approval of my asylum application?
Yes you can, after the final approval of the asylum application.
